Why a meeting shows "poor network" warnings

The "poor network" indicator appears when Orbit detects high latency or packet loss between you and our servers. Video is the first thing to degrade; Orbit automatically lowers resolution to keep audio stable.

To improve your connection, switch to a wired Ethernet connection, sit closer to your router, disconnect other devices that are streaming, and quit large downloads. If problems persist on a corporate network, your IT team may need to prioritize Orbit traffic.
