Cloud recording storage depends on your plan: Free includes 1 GB, Pro includes 25 GB, and Business includes 100 GB per host. When you approach the limit, Orbit emails the host and new recordings may be paused until you free up space or upgrade.
To manage storage, open Recordings, sort by size, and delete recordings you've already downloaded. Deleted cloud recordings move to Trash for 30 days before being permanently removed, so you can restore one if you delete it by mistake.
