Orbit offers a full refund within 14 days of a new subscription or plan upgrade if you haven't used the paid features extensively. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
To request one, go to Billing → Payment history, find the charge, and select "Request refund," or reply to your receipt email. Renewals are also eligible within 14 days of the renewal date. Refunds outside this window are reviewed case by case.
