If you can't sign in, go to the Orbit login page and select "Forgot password." Enter the email on your account and we'll send a reset link that stays valid for 60 minutes. Open the link, choose a new password (at least 10 characters), and you'll be signed in automatically.
If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and confirm you used the address tied to your Orbit account. Accounts managed through SSO can't reset a password here — your administrator controls those credentials.
