From the Home tab select "Schedule," set a date, time, and duration, then choose options like requiring a passcode or enabling the waiting room. Saving creates a meeting with a unique join link you can copy or send.
Orbit can add the event to Google or Outlook calendars and include the join link automatically. Invitees don't need an account to join from a link — they can use the web client — though signing in unlocks features like saving chat and reactions.
