Reduce echo and background noise

Updated 1d

Echo is almost always caused by a participant whose speakers are feeding back into their microphone. Ask everyone to use headphones; that single change removes most echo. Orbit also offers automatic echo cancellation under Settings → Audio.

For background noise, enable "Suppress background noise" and set it to High in noisy environments. Avoid having two devices joined to the same meeting in one room, which creates a loud feedback loop.
