Select "Share" in the meeting toolbar and choose a whole screen, a single window, or a specific browser tab. Sharing a tab is best for video because it includes high-quality audio; sharing a window keeps the rest of your desktop private.
If "Share" is greyed out, the host may have restricted sharing — ask them to allow participant sharing. On macOS you must grant Orbit Screen Recording permission in System Settings the first time, then restart Orbit.
